Seeing as this is the first year I've used IB (in Canada), does anyone know if ALL year end tax statements/forms are sent electronically through the account management area, or if these are sent by physical mail?

Wow, I had a short on this around $69.30 then got chicken and closed it today... Ran up to around $77 in AH, and now it's gone down to around $69.... obviously the market is mixed up on this puppy, something in forward guidance maybe? (haven't read the releases other than the quick earnings)

highly unlikely. the judge looks at the receivers reports and most often, unless it is a case of HUGE importance, or large disagreement with the reports, they typically just rubberstamp the requests.

i wouldn't short long term, but if you're a good chart reader, you can scalp the crude for some good coin.

Well, if you had a series 7 and were with a firm that followed the rules, you wouldn't have had the problem.... doesn't change the fact i think the rules are a bit retarded, but they are there regardless.
