IB - Statements or Tax Forms by Mail?

Seeing as this is the first year I've used IB (in Canada), does anyone know if ALL year end tax statements/forms are sent electronically through the account management area, or if these are sent by physical mail?

And they aren't sent to you. You need to retrieve them from Account Management at their web site.

Thanks. I assumed the canadians were the same as the americans on this...
