Well, if you had a series 7 and were with a firm that followed the rules, you wouldn't have had the problem....

doesn't change the fact i think the rules are a bit retarded, but they are there regardless.

highly unlikely. the judge looks at the receivers reports and most often, unless it is a case of HUGE importance, or large disagreement with the reports, they typically just rubberstamp the requests.

the receiver is in place for a reason. He handles all. The judge will go with whatever he says. Thats for sure.
