Surf, Gold is going to really have to crash in order for your prediction to come true. In your opinion, has the fundamental picture changed to negate your prediction. From a fundamental point of view, Gold should be a lot higher. From a technical POV, gold is still in a downtrend.

Why would the Central banks start to sell all of a sudden? They are not even selling thier allowed quota by the IMF. In 2009, I believe that limited quota of selling gets lifted though and they can sell all the gold they want.

Dont argue with it, Just trade it. That is the problem with Gold bugs. You cannot fight the manipulation etc. Just profit from the decline.

Last few days where scarey for my short position in Gold. However, It looks like Gold is taking its turn to the downside. I added to my short position again today at 840 since it is nicely profitable.

All it takes is lack of food, and we will have the most unhappy populace. I really am afraid for our country especially with the massive denial, corruption and incompitence of our leaders.

Great opportunity to re-short after that huge sucker rally in Gold. I would not be surprised to see GC trading in the 600's soon. Maybe in a week or 2.

When do you sell the double tops, at the second peak? or when the break below the support?
