Yes .... I know it's live. The US market leads that's why the Overseas market is up, results from Thursday's US markets is spilling over. At this time S&P500, Nasdaq, and the DJIA Futures are slightly down. :)

Those overseas numbers are carried over from Thursday's US Market, I prefer to use the Future quotes as a barometer for the following day on the US market. Below is a screenshot about 10 minutes old. :)

During the early 2000 melt down the markets also had a miraculously recovery within weeks, almost back to its high - like it was giving you a second chance to get out. Then BOOM down she went. :)

OK ..... Thanks Baron for posting the chart. ET activity did increase by 50%+ on Monday, with normal activity the preceding 6 days. IMO ...... Market activity on Monday August 24, 2015 was indeed a Black Swan Event, otherwise there would have been a gradual increase in ET activity leading up...

IMO ..... Anything plus/minus 1.5% or greater is significant and should carry over to regular market hours - 9:30am to 4:00pm EST. :)
