Looks like a white guy, late 40's-50ish, facial hair.
Something tells me this is not random.
 
The shooter was a "disgruntled employee". He actually tweeted and put on facebook him killing them. Apparently troopers are after him right now.

Weird, he didn't look black in the camera shot by the camera man.

His hand holding the gun above doesn't look black either.

Ok, he looks black there. So he doesn't merely identify with being black. So hard to tell these days.
