Sold DVN at 51.75 on July 5th Sold XBI @ 72, 76 and 78 between June 22nd and July 5th , sold all at 82.50 on July 14th, bought back at 82.50 on July 18th, still own. Will sell if it breaks below the 50 day EMA right now at 77.50 ish.

IIRC, Greenspan didnt give a rats ass about what the market did. He was going to do, and did, whatever it took to kill inflation and he was successful. I was buying CD's at the time with my kids college money, getting 14% and losing 5% of my purchasing power :D

Funny, i was thinking this morning, that i think AAPL goes to $95 before it starts basing for real. I wrote calls on it yesterday, took in $9.25 in premium for the Oct 140's

I bought DVN this after noon at $57.67. Stop at 52.50 just below the 200 day EMA. Initial target $80. I am realizing buying breakouts in this market isnt a great idea. So i am going to look for stocks near support (50, 100, 200 day) with stops just below said support, we'll see how that works...
