11:55est trading time was a good call, 21MA was used as a trigger to enter. Few traders mailed me that they took 9:40est trade also, but I feel that for average trader( like myself ) it was too fast to enter. However, they had an experience and balls to go for it and it went well for them...

I used to have same problems as you have described. I started to use semi mechanical method and cut down on number of trades by using more filters for entries . Discipline is a must but reward is almost stress free trading . Walter

Trading times are 9:40 and 11:55 est. Remember to wait for confirmation by MACD or other divergence indicator for reversals and 21MA for RB. If i see other times based on tomorrow price action , I will post it before they occur. Walter

14:50est didnot get divergence confirmation , no trade. 12:40est was a profitable trade. This method was designed to keep you from losing trades . Walter

Macd divergence was formed around 13:00est which means that method signaled sale. Walter

Using yesterday and today price action, I came up with 12:40 est trading time. If held overnight, yesterday 15:10 trade was correct in direction using MACD divergence. Walter

I have only one trading time, 14:50EST. I do it for Dow, but it should also work for SPY or Futures . After opening I will look at it again and come up with more trades( If there ). Thanks, Walter

I might switch it to a journal after this week if there is an interest. 15:10 trading time got MACD divergence about 15:20 , so it would be considered a sell signal . However this is a daytrading method so exit before close. Someone might be interested to monitor it overnight. ORBreakout...

As a breakout indicator I will use 21 SMA . It would work today so I will use it from now on.

10:10 est. There was no divergence in MACD so no trade . However there was a range breakout ( yesterday high ), I will try to come up with some indicator which would show it. Any suggestions welcome . 11:40est There was a MACD divergence completed at 12:30, little bit late for my taste...
