I have only one trading time, 14:50EST. I do it for Dow, but it should also work for SPY or Futures .
After opening I will look at it again and come up with more trades( If there ).

Using yesterday and today price action, I came up with 12:40 est trading time.
If held overnight, yesterday 15:10 trade was correct in direction using MACD divergence.

14:50est didnot get divergence confirmation , no trade.
12:40est was a profitable trade.
This method was designed to keep you from losing trades .
