Bull. Completely wrong. From your article: "For example, it took Britain and Russia several decades to pay back their lease. Both were repaid in full by 2006." That's an outright lie. That is, the "in full" part. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lend-Lease To Soviet Union: $11.3 billion...

Wrong. You should look up what "lend-lease" conditions were. The recipient either uses the arms up or returns them after the war is over (or, if the arms are kept, pays for them).

Who cares about "regular deliveries"? If that whole region gets cut off from military supplies, or even the efficiency of military logistics is reduced significantly, Russian defenses will crumble.

.. and one more. Interesting result. Does seem like the support was hit, and the span slid off. Don't think this could happen by a rocket hitting the road surface. And there are no shots that show anything like that. Must have been an unmanned water (underwater?) vehicle. This will take at...

For Russia to admit that Ukrainians managed, at 150+ miles or so (I think) to hit one (or two) of the bridge supports is a big embarrassment. That is why they are not specifying a cause. BTW - since two explosions were reported, one at 3am, one at 3:15am, there were at least two attacks.

Speaking of the Crimean bridge (the Kerch bridge) Two "incidents" just now. One destroyed a bridge span. The other damaged a support and moved a bridge span. Bridge is closed.

Russian "auto factories" are very well known for just putting their own labels on foreign (today, Chinese) cars and selling them as "domestic". Well, they aren't even capable of doing that anymore. Avtovaz announced that new new Lada-X-Cross models (that are really Chinese FAW Bestune T77s)...

Trade War: China strikes back at US HiTech

A few hundred million for a reasonable-sized company in order not to be blackmailed by suppliers is a bargain. https://electrek.co/2023/05/08/tesla-breaks-ground-lithium-refinery/ (As for the ore for this refinery - Australia, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina have the biggest lithium ore deposits...

Trade War: China strikes back at US HiTech

Well yes and it is huge and heavy. But for off-peak energy storage it is way better than lithium ion batteries. It is misleading when people talk about China supplying most rare-earth elements today - as if it is only China that has these resources. In fact rare-earth elements are pretty evenly...

Prigozhin says that his Wagnerites just in the Bakhmut battles lost 20K killed and 30K+ wounded. Just Wagner. Just Bakhmut. Wagner by numbers is (well, was, they have all left now) about 1/10th of Russian army in Ukraine. That's reality.
