I would also advise win2K. Its the most stable release (!) of windows MS has released. I have also used WinXP and it is also good. However there may some incompatibility between some old proggies and XP so beware. Regards, Splat

Are the monitors close together? I ask since the 15" sounds old and especially as windows doesnt recognize it. It might be creating EM interference to the other 17". If they are close try moving them as far apart as possible to check. Splat

ISDN usually runs at 64K (at least here in the UK). It is like using a modem at full strength but much more reliable.. if you are used to anything faster then you wont like it ;-) You can get 128K ISDN which usually uses bonded channels meaning that it is basically over 2 telephone lines...
