Agreed... the only thing we didn't plan for was the terrible weather and ground conditions. These people have been travelling through mud, wind, sandstorms, etc. and haven't had much sleep either. I saw an interview with one troop from the 3rd and he said he'd gotten 7 hours of sleep in 3 days...

Understood. Just thought that this would keep people from just choosing Iraq and not explaining their position. I also think it would give us a more accurate view of the actual viewpoints of the posting board members.

I think the Israeli bombing was a GREAT mission, but there is a huge difference... They knew where the reactor was... we don't know where all the WOMD, if they exist, are in Iraq. And we can think about what would have happened all we want (you're probably right), but the key is that Israel knew...

The sad thing is that we can't get impartial reporting anymore because the executives in these mega-conglomerate companies are so afraid of losing the ratings war. It's either too patriotic, too edited, or too bland. Fox has always done a good job of being the first to integrate new technologies...

Is there a way that EliteTrader could make certain polls so that only people that vote first can post on the thread. That way people that vote have to at least let it be known that they voted yes, no, etc. I'm writing this because I'd love to have a real discussion on the "who do you want to win...

don't protestors have to stick to certain areas of the city or they have to get a permit? That way they don't block traffic and legal protests can go on without interrupting the regular business.

Fair enough, but just remember that there is a difference between thinking someone might die in the future and actually killing because you BELIEVE they will kill you. We are killing innocent people in the process and containment could probably work if we put the same amount of money into that...

It didn't need to be rigged anyways... thanks to the electoral college but this has been discussed enough already. I just hope we get out of the current situation before the year ends. We don't need another situation where troops are away from their families on the holidays.

I think most Americans think that the French need to take more showers, speak AMERICAN english, and back the US all the time because we saved its ASS in WWII. However, we don't care that you lent us a hand in the revolutionary war vs. the Brits. We could have just used the indians:D

Good point... but we USUALLY get it right:-) That seems to be good enough for us... besides we had a good economy, jobs, and peace at that time. Just hope it doesn't happen again in the current climate:D

Yes, but if they screw up, we can just invade them again or claim voter tampering (if our voter tampering doesn't work the first time).:-)

We should definitely start paying more attention to other country's problems... starting with N. Korea, then Saudi Arabia, etc., but I think we can get some more help, and troop power, through international diplomacy before stepping in.
