Are Harris and Walz intelligent enough to hold office?

No, it's like saying he saw asymmetrical upside (as did all the other casino owners in AC) and took a shot. It didn't work, shit happens. As to Lehman, I'm sure you've had no losers, eh.

Are Harris and Walz intelligent enough to hold office?

I thought the article was current, he was 28. Still pretty young to be a significant admissions official IMO.

How bodybuilders age - two secrets to being a muscular senior

Looks about right. 245# with an unproven 1,200 total is an intermediate level lifter. Don't know where everyone has trained, don't care, but I knew several 180# that benched 400, raw. Some need to stay in their lane. Signing off of this thread, Poopy drop a deuce in another good thread.

How bodybuilders age - two secrets to being a muscular senior

Probably 300 ish I had trained for 1year at home before being brave enough to join an old school "dungeon" gym. After a few weeks, they took a shine to me as I was a stickler on good form, so they tested me. First time out they kept loading the bar for deads and we finally stopped on that day...

How bodybuilders age - two secrets to being a muscular senior

I do probably 40% of my workout on abs, lower back and balance. I dropped the bodyweight for joint health going forward. The core work is to hopefully prevent falls as I age. I am looking for quality of life training not to impress anyone anymore, not with the poundage nor at the pool. LOL

How bodybuilders age - two secrets to being a muscular senior

Unlike some ham handed roid users, I am comfortably training at age 64+. Because I did a have a 1,050 3 lift total as a 148 pounder back in the day. I've accomplished something and don't need to prove it now.
