    volume for the Forex?

It comes with experience. Seriously. I'd say - if you can predict 30% of price moves out there - you are good to go. Just try avoiding the other 70% of unexpected... -)))) Cheers.

Anyone gambling stock options along with FOREX?

Well - as a dollar doomsboy - I decided to short WallMart. http://custom.marketwatch.com/custom/interactivebrokers-com/html-intchart.asp?symb=wmt I bought PUTs couple of weeks ago, because I believe the rapid move in dollar would kick Wall Mart out of business with it's 70% volume of trade...

    volume for the Forex?

There is no such thing as volume in FOREX. It's because it is over-the-counter market. Noone knows the volume until it is surveyed many months later. By the way - welcome to the club.

    The EURO

It is not that bad to be the only EUR pesimist. I'd say it's rather healthy as long as you don't go against the trend... If the third leg correction extends its length to 1.618x the first, it would end at 1.2402. This is also the 38.2% retracement of the entire fall from 1.3668-1.1639...

    The EURO

It ain't over till it's over!! All these foreign folks buying the Treasury bonds in November and December are on the wrong side of the market now. We are 216 pips over 30 days average. That's almost 2% and visible perspective of more to come. Therefore: NO MORE LONG THE DOLLAR...

    The EURO

Well, I don't want to argue - but I feel it bit risky, man. You know my opinion on the subject. Window dressing has finished and time for business. I think we are experiencing first large move of capital OUTWARDS the USD zone. I would normally agree to a sharp correction after such a...

Euro a Bullish Year is Coming???

Oh man, please put the amounts into perspective. You are talking about a country with 4 million people and 1 major city. C'mon man, be reasonable. US is a different story! More debt ever and more money creation than anywhere in the world. More USD than ever before. 88% of transactions...

Euro a Bullish Year is Coming???

Very good. Now going back to fundamentals: Anyone watching the level of household debt growth here in the US will notice the slowdown in the rate of it's growth in 2005. (Not to mention the M3 which is also relatively miserable) Now - just technically - we had an exponential mortgage...

Euro a Bullish Year is Coming???

This "analysis" is a Bull$!#. That's what I think. Elliot would faint if he saw that picture. But of course EUR will go up. Sure.

Euro a Bullish Year is Coming???

"Understand what and why currency moves relative to other currencies." OK. One remark needed here: When you refer to the "rate advantage" - you realy mean the flow of funds into the US. This should be the real answer here: The FOREX exchange rate depends on the flow and the flow...

Which FOREX platform will work without administrative priviliges?

I have two questions: 1) Which platform will work without administrative priviliges? Any experiences? 2) Is there any platform that will not automaticaly "update" itself? Or maybe a platform with an option to turn off the "automatic update"?

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

late apex??? Are you still there? What happened? The question was too difficult? I am afraid you might want to leave us without the proper explanation, so I must clarify few things here myself: There is no such thing like a study on FOREX volumes in so called "2004 annual report from BIS"...

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

What exactly do you mean by "the most recent 2004 annual report from BIS"? I am just curious: What period of time is being discussed here? Calendar 2004 or what?

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

WoW! So you read FOREX flyer advertising??? You're smart! I am sure you know US M3 is roughly 10 000 billion USD. http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h6/ 10% of it is so insignificant, right? I am also sure you know the turnover on EUR/USD itself. Well, I am ready to learn that...

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

Thanks, but I am surprised. Honestly I've heard different HIA info. Someone told me it was 500 billion already in the first half of 2005 and 200 on it's way later, but only half of it went through FOREX since it is already converted in most cases. Some traders say it may be up to 300...

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

Discontinuance of M3 On March 23, 2006, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System will cease publication of the M3 monetary aggregate. The Board will also cease publishing the following components: large-denomination time deposits, repurchase agreements (RPs), and Eurodollars. The...

    Few points against shorting EUR/USD

Anything is possible. We'll see. I still think IF the USDX makes a move upward - it is going to be limited and temporary.
