Which FOREX platform will work without administrative priviliges?

I have two questions:

1) Which platform will work without administrative priviliges?
Any experiences?

2) Is there any platform that will not automaticaly "update" itself?
Or maybe a platform with an option to turn off the "automatic update"?
 
Oanda's platform works from a web browser and seems to be fine with restricted privileges, although it runs as a Java applet so these will need to be enabled in the browser.

It also will connect via a proxy server if a direct connection is blocked by a firewall. The connection to the server can also be switched on and off without closing down the platform.
