As an execution platform, TV is a mediocre platform at best.

Rithmic is data/order execution provider such as CQG, not broker. Some brokers (IB, TDA, Tradestation,.. for example) use their own data, while others use 3d party data providers such as CQG, Rithmic, TT, ..... IMHO, Rithmic is the best.

Rithmic has servers in Singapore and Tokyo.

If you have to use MT4 or MT5 seriously, you should use Windows. Wine based MT4 emulation has lots of limitations (there's no native Mac version of MT4 or 5). Try Windows virtual machine if you have powerful Mac.

Use trade copier such as free fxblue MT4 copier.

Using Rithmic R Trader Pro, it's normal CME margin rate for Nat Gas (Sorry /NQ is not available to me as I subscribe Nymex only). I guess the margin number shown in your TV is not accurate. Maybe TV or CQG issue. TV is a mediocre platform you know....
