Forrest, Don't forget that whilst the room is promoted as being 'free', Woodie also states how beneficial, if not essential, his trade-a-longs are for newbies. At $300 a head and 400 attendees, 5 times a year this amounts to considerable cash - $600,000 a year if my maths is correct...
