It is interesting that Woodie room members know where to look to find healthy criticism of the cult.

You have to be morally and intellectually bereft to deduce that criticism of Woodie and his methods implies failure as a trader.

Everyone knows that criticism within the room would lead to immediate banning like some communist state.

This room provides a healthy forum for such discussion - the very reason that Woodies room members visit.

From the high number of posts you have made in this room since you joined Woodie must be confused as to which room you belong to.

He will however be pleased that the fact you are a current poster means you have not 'blown your account'.

matilda I know who you are it's pretty obvious, but I assure you I have been and always will be, my own man and blowing my account would take a heck of a long time.

Tampa was not banned because of his opinions, he was banned because he was rude, mean and petty.

I tell you what, you come into a room where I can edit out posts I don't like with my bias's and then we can talk about what's crap and what's not.

Until then you really do not know the truth about what happened with Tampa and he brought it all upon himself.

Personally, I liked the man and his humor was refreshing until he turned it against innocent people in a classless way.

Well, well, well – ain’t this interesting.

The morning mail brought a letter from a Phoenix law firm representing a certain well known chat room. Apparently the operator of said chat room is quaking in his boots, and wants to negotiate my return.

The initial offer suggests that if I:

1. Donate $350,000 to Make-a-Wish
2. Upgrade to the premium e-Signal package
3. Agree to remove all content from my web site
4. Delete all posts from my blog
5. Agree to shovel Gio’s driveway for three years

Than the owner/operator of said web site will reinstate me.

I think they’re scared. I’m drafting a counter proposal now.

I just knew that the old fart would cave. I got ‘em on the run…

As I am not frequent visitor to this room, I thought I would read back on this thread and see what had been posted.

I must say I found myself chuckling out loud by some of tampa's observations.

One comment sticks in my mind when he refers to the Connecticut lady. I have yet to witness a losing trade from this lady - perhaps if anyone can provide evidence to the contrary they can post here.

How can this be possible I hear you ask?

Well the key to fake posting is to delay calling your entry or even to avoid calling it at all until it becomes a winning trade. When people have queried her as to why she doesnt call her entries she says she doesnt think it is her duty to do so and states that it is illegal anyway.

She then proceeds to hold an amazing number of contracts (fictitious or otherwise) throughout the day and specifies in the room when she exits each of them at great profit.

If it is not her duty to call entries why does she call her exits. If it is illegal to call her entries it must also be illegal to call exits.

Thereby she attracts the ignorant acclaim of many newbies in the room. Sad really.

So here is my counter proposal – bet you a nickel they take it…

Dear Sir,

I have reviewed your proposed settlement in this unfortunate misunderstanding. However, I would suggest the following:

1. Woodie must disclose how often he visits my blog (www.cciblog.com ) on a daily basis.
2. A vote be taken in the room on how many members found the post that caused all the trouble initially to be humorous. To refresh your memory, it is the post that begins: Just once, just one time I would like to hear Gio say “Oh fudge, I was just stopped out for a loss”.
3. Samson77 be employed at a certain mid-week moderator’s Connecticut estate as a house boy, in order to prevent him from making foolish posts on ET.
4. Room members be prohibited from posting WTG every time someone bags 3 points in the YM, or LOL at any lame attempt at humor by a humorless poster.
5. Woodie personally stand in Times Square in a sandwich board that reads: ”the big cheese” was right – I was wrong, and pig headed.

Compliance with the above will settle this matter, and I will then return to Woodie’s CCI Club. I look forward to your agreement in the near future.
