    Forex trading restrictions

His profile indicates he is from Australia. There should be no financial governance restrictions in place. Edit : Unless he resides in Australia and holds citizenship of another Country.

    Forex trading restrictions

This makes no sense. I’m sure you could trade Yen futures at the cme with your IB acct so what’s the difference with spot?

Singapore lowers its leverage cap to 1:20

No. The Countries Governing financial body decides. The US enforced restrictions to leverage in 2010. The Europeans reduced leverage earlier this year. Singapore today and Australia will in the coming weeks.

Looks like Ann has wandered off the Trump reservation

H He's myopic. He befriends whoever talks his game. Cuts himself off from information flow rendering himself redundant and impotent. Incapable of seeing a problem/issue from both sides and using political nous to reach a satisfactory conclusion and spin it as a victory. The art of the deal...

Brief high intensity bodyweight workout at home without equipment

Get some straps. Also farmers walks will increase grip strength. Unfortunately there is probably no commensurate substitute for barbell squats when it really gets down to it. Just have to find a work around with muscle confusion etc if you wish to stay with Dumbbell's

Trump Administration: Group of Thugs and Criminals

Too little too late.... Too bad there wasn't a 20 buck padlock on the door of that Miss Teen America pageant dressing room the orange skinned sleaze bag burst into unannounced.

    The t-shirt work-out

I agree DTB2. Not a fan of the "yoked" rounded traps as I also think they take away from the V aesthetic. I find the Upright Rows hit the traps as per my needs. I guess it comes down to personal preference as regards the look one desires and consideration for ones build.

    The t-shirt work-out

Hi Iccenuol. Agreed on the chins. I hit all muscle groups twice weekly via compounds, so every third workout ( or by discretion ) I'll throw in bicep curls for isolation. Anyone that follows your workout plan WILL look much better in a t-shirt this summer...

    The t-shirt work-out

Nice. My suggestion: 1.Weighted Dips 2.Upright Barbell Rows (shoulder width)* 3.Weighted Pull ups 4.Bent Over Rows 5. Weighted Close Grip chins. *Upright Rows for pull exercise but given bad rep they get can be switched out for Over Head Press.

    Picture worth a 1000 words!

Putin carries his notes in his right hand. Bit of a psychological play perhaps? A little movement of those sheets now and then. A shuffle or tap of those papers at just the right moments will bring a puppy to heel.

Trump's just reading from Putin's script. I cringe at that simpletons naive understanding of Geo Politics, World history and the way he lectures. You can always feel the unease and movement in a room when he pontificates. But I forget, Trump knows more about anything than anyone.

Fed chief Jerome Powell says he would not resign if Trump asked him to

The mention of Trump and associated laughter from the audience during the interview from American Economic Association's annual meeting, was interesting to say the least.
