ISDA will make a ruling today on CDS, no time given yet -- can make a ruling once CACs are formally activated by Greek gov't

order to add 1 @ 67.75, SIM, not filled even though it was sitting there for 30 minutes. I am going to hold this into globex, looking for 75s to 80s on ESH. Will add down to 63 edit: added 1 @ 66.00 looks like the possibility of selling into the close

Hmm, will we see a shakeout down? I would not want to be short going into afterhours with the official announcement coming at 1am, but it's possible there could be a shakeout lower first. Can't see why the market would trade lower later in anticipation of a positive report.

Short of any unsettling news from Greece, any reason to short this? I don't think so. 1am EST will confirm the news, but as of now reports are that 75% to 80% are committed to the debt swap, and they only need 66% to trigger CACs to force 100% to the swap. I think this is basically a done...

IQFeed's continuous contract always switches over the day before on globex open, so I have backfilled my continuous contract and have my big picture up with that, but still looking at March for day's view, because I use volume-based charts and the low volume really screws this up. By tomorrow...

Just an FYI, yesterday I mentioned a 1pm time frame for today's debt swap deal but I think it's actually 3pm EST, and also found out that we will not know details until Friday at 1am EST, so hopefully no drama today. Also heard earlier unconfirmed NFP leak, talk of a slightly higher than...

Instead of a swift rejection down into an otherwise good location for selling (last week's low, for one reason), this thing has hung around way too long, and may be hard to move down now. Looks like it has been accepted higher. May still need to test 46, but I'd be surprised if it gets below...

If you think the direction is ultimately down before up, this seems to be as good a location as any, good luck with it! Tomorrow 1pm EST is deadline for Greek credit swap, so could be some interesting things from now until then...

Final post until I take a trade and then I'll shut up: friendly reminder about rollover. Tomorrow 9:30am EST ESM12 becomes the front month contract, though some data providers will probably start rolling over after close today.

This area is a possible strong resistance, look at a 30 minute ES or SPX and you can see 2/10 2/13 highs fall around this area. Also, this is at last week's low, 53. If it shoots north here, as I was hoping it would earlier, I would look for a test of 59/60 -- and, showing strength there...

Think we will hit 20 before NFP Friday? If not by then, do you plan to hold through it?
