order to add 1 @ 67.75, SIM, not filled even though it was sitting there for 30 minutes. I am going to hold this into globex, looking for 75s to 80s on ESH. Will add down to 63

edit: added 1 @ 66.00

looks like the possibility of selling into the close

Where did everyone go?

no schizo, no emg, no volente, no picasso, no pekelo, no lespaulrocker, etc., etc.,

waste of time posting trades...it is a one way conversation. LOL

I have noticed that as well, although I'm guilty of not posting as much also. I've been focused on other things lately, so sometimes I only SIM, or I will take one trade and then turn the platform off after 20 minutes.

I'm still hanging out here trying to learn, observing, etc. It's tough to post much when you are not making your living from trading and are working as well. I really do appreciate all who post here and I am sure there are many others who do as well.

Took one trade today. Shorted 64.5 premkt and covered after open at 58.5. 1 contract only. Going to trade 1 contract from this point forward until I can probe to myself that I have something. Already recouped half of what I lost over 2 days. The micro scalping for ticks is just not for me.

1st trade today was on ESH2. Potential 2nd trade ESM2 long fell short at 51.75, was bidding 51. Did not chase it. I am trying to remain disciplined on what I have found. We'll see.

Was trying to short 64.5 near the close, obviously did not get there.

Survived another boring day by not overtrading as I usually do.

Sweet.

It (ovetrading) curses me as well to this day. Especially when trading after 1100 (central) without any kind of trend. My rules are to shut it down without obvious, low risk trades on the horizon, but I still find myself scalping at ghosts. I am usually better off getting the hell out from the machine.

I now go to the gym by noon eastern and don't get back to my desk until 3. I don't care if I miss something cause my profits normally occur premkt through 1st hour of trade.

I hope to stay disciplined going forward with this time plan.

Same here. It's the only reason I have down days typically. Usually it's chasing just to get in if I've missed a typical entry, or trying to fight boredom near the lunch hour or the afternoon session in general.
