I don't believe this issue is that difficult to resolve, specially because it is in paper accounts. They are taking all this time because there are not enough people complaining. If this issue was with their US customers, their behavior would be very different for sure...

I have just tested IDEALPRO eur.usd spot and CFD on paper account and it is fine on my side. Still rejecting Futures orders though. Please contact IB support and complain about all your problems too. This transition to IE is being a nightmare.
