I havev one window of booktrader with EUR march 07 contract and armed...I have to use the Re-center button as a refresh button so the page updates rates and bid offer size....I have also been waiting to connect to live CS from IB chat for the past 40 mins and nothing.........

This is certainly a time when the people from IB should respond something here...anything...just show you are on top of it....and make us believe you care....no connection still in NY.

By the way is there a way to get rid of the grid (lines) on the charts that IB provides (forex/futures)...thanks!

Agree with you on p/l and avg rate...etc...not accurate just like the e-mails that IB sends telling you they closed part of the position due to margin call...ALWAYS incorrect/inaccurate rates....I wrote about this a long time ago still NOT fixed...

I just got an e-mail from IB stating that they had liquidated part of my position in fx....the rate is innacurate as they round it to two decimals.....IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS......how about fixing it guys(IB)

Why can't it update balances and averages and everything else live/real time...if the bucketshops have this why won't IB...... Also once you close positions why are there tiny balances left in the other currency....why not liquidate and adjust everything to the base currency instead of...
