Keep in mind that the 30% decline is from the START to the END of the recession. It doesn't take into effect the decline from the HIGHEST to the LOWEST, which is a lot more than 30%.

Where you will invest will largely depend on your age. If you're approaching retirement, you obviously want to be conservative. But most of you who are touting guns and ammos will be broke before you retire anyway so pay no attention.

Typically this is what happens when your luck runs out. But in all seriousness, as you might already know, luck plays a huge role in trading. There are times when you "intuitively know" that you caught the big lucky one. That's when you should push yourself to the limit. But NEVER chase after...
