There's a correlation as well as causation (in some aspects) between using lowercase "i" when referring to self and self-concept/self esteem. There's evidence that suggests a subconscious expression of low self-esteem. In contrast, it might be a generational expression of casualness.

It's a fascinating topic of study that caught my interest a decade ago. Also worthy to note, that the psychological aspect revealed in handwriting also work in reverse. IOW, if one desires more self-confidence, writing in that style (as defined in Graphology) can increase one's self-confidence. It sounds woo, I know.

If Overnight is correct in his claim, then the OP is not using any capital letters at all, and that's very different from using a lowercase i as a first-person pronoun

If someone routinely types everything with no capital letters at all, then the use of lowercase i very likely has no special meaning at all. It is simply an accidental consequence of the fact that they never use capital letters for any word.

For better or worse, and in contrast to the above claims in the article, punctuation and grammar are aspects of presentation. IDGAF has connotations both pro and con - some most likely, are unintentional.

The OP promotes hard work to understand the profit potential of market opportunities yet also communicates laziness via their presentation.
