    Best Foods to Eat (Health-wise)

Trail mix is a good snack food. Lots of dried fruit is preserved with sulfur because it kills bacteria so it can kill the good bacteria in your colon, I watch out for that stuff and eat only small amounts if it's preserved with sulfur.. I looked up the Omega3 available in sardines...

    Best Foods to Eat (Health-wise)

Thanks for the heads up on that. I was paying $50 a month for a brain supplement, don't laugh everybody, I needed it and it worked great for myself and a friend or two that took my recommendation on it. I reverse engineered the ingredients and found that an ounce of sardines a day would have...

Could eSignal really be this bad?

That's fine if you are using their charts but if you are feeding another charting program it could make things difficult. I'm using IB's data into Ninjatrader and OpenQuant in the recent months and I never see that stuff, probably IB filters and never transmits those bad ticks.. filtering bad...

    BOGUS RALLY on HALF VOLUME?

I don't care about the volume much but there certainly is more disastrous/bad news to come, companies are not very forthcoming with bad news... it will hit a balance point pretty soon where everybody is aware of the problems, the solutions, and they will start thinking it's all priced in, stocks...

    Obama: Fire Imus

I've been saying, and backed up by sociological work, that blacks are the biggest, by far, racists in the US, maybe the world. I quit worrying about them a long time ago. Now they can get Obama nominated and ensure McCains success....

    Obama and the Minister

All these candidates say they are christians but they are new world order minions. Jimmy Carter, Geo B, Obama... I love it how these Pastors can scream and yell their hate messages in a church too.... and how does John C. Hagee go from "God is Love" to Nuke Iran??? They all need to go back to...

Can you say braindead flaming moonbats?

I really am old now, relatively, and after 6 decades of wonderment at my fellow man I have come to the conclusion that every person on the planet is full of krap and deceived, the only differences are in the area of the person's life and the amount of deception. I've been working hard for a few...

    Best Foods to Eat (Health-wise)

Those are all good. What I found is that there are nutrients that you cannot have enough of from food. You have to supplement them. I would add range fed beef, chicken and eggs to the list. Your best seafood might be krill or sardines, they are small, short-lived, and not that predatory, they...

    Dodge Challenger Retro

I absolutely do not understand mustang fans. The things do .4G's off the showrooms for the most part, they got the newer model with independent rear up to .8G's finally, after 40 YEARS of production...... kids crash and burn in those overpowered shopping carts all the time......

    Firewall --- again !

Stop hacking! Seriously, what people have to realize is that Windows was flawed from the very outset. Programs are protected by security levels, passwords, etc. in Apple machines they are protected by where they are in the ram/hdd... Windows is so seriously flawed that all the protective...

    Cost of Programmer to automate

Thanks for the links. I'm learning OpenQuant still, I don't think of it as all that high level really, it is event driven and I'm still trying to figure out just what drives some of the events, is it the code, is it the broker...... They are responsive to fixing bugs and adding features like...

    Cost of Programmer to automate

I could use some expertise. I can't imagine having somebody else develope a system and code it though. I'm coding things in OpenQuant and basically I have to babysit the thing, watch it all day, debug it in realtime, debug it in backtesting, etc... how I could even direct somebody else in all...
