I'm about to pull the trigger and purchase MC and implement with my Interactive Brokers account. Any limitations or issues I should be aware of ? Does MC use the latest "gateway" i.e. no Java client is required ?

Exactly. Unless you put a lot of time and effort into the design of your trading platform and made both the data feed and order entry modules/classes abstract and configurable, you are hosed....and constantly stuck with a re-write when you move. Note: platforms like Multicharts have already...

This has always been the problem: the prop trading platform. When I evaluated Hold Bros. I came to the same conclusion. There appears to be a huge opportunity for someone to start-up a black/gray box prop form.
