Germany has no fuxxing obligation to drive back any of its European neighbors back to prosperity. Why? Its demand and supply. If someone wants to buy a German Porsche then they do and pay market price. If someone wants to eat a sun-ripened Spanish tomato then that person pays market prices. Agree so far? Same applies to German weapons, German bank loans, and Greek holidays. Problem is that no German is dumb enough to vacation in Greece now and get beaten up. Thus, no German business in Greece. Also, Germans figured out the tomatoes from Holland taste just as well as the Spanish ones and and are even cheaper, thus no Spanish tomatoes in Germany. If you still did not get the point: If anyone wants to buy German shit they do, if anyone does not want to buy Greek or Spanish shit then they wont. Since when do Germans have an obligation to save less and spend more on Spanish and Greek products THEY DO NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? This dumb argument is just totally beyond my comprehension. Greece bought German weapons not because Germans threatened them but because German tanks are pretty good (maybe not the best, I am not a specialist, but certainly worth the investment for certain countries). What is wrong with that?
Germany has paid way enough and what makes me fuxxing pissed off is to hear morons like you claiming Germany has any damn obligation to rape its domestic tax payers for people in Southern Europe who lived for years beyond their means, evaded taxes, took it very lightly when it came to their own obligations and duties as citizens and suddenly start burning German flags and pull out the skeletons from the depths of the abyss regarding World War crimes and mistakes that have LONG AGO been admitted, reparations been made, forgiven...sickening!!!

what is your real issue with Germany? Were you promised a bartending career but instead ended up in a 30 Euro flatrate whore house or working on flipping Kebabs? You sound like you have an ax to grind with that country while I got the impression Germany should be the last country hated by immigrants and other Europeans for all the social welfare programs they offer to those under-educated, unwilling, lazy immigrants, who got rejected everywhere else. Or was your fat paycheck in Athens cut because Germans got enough of watching you stuffing more lobsters into your fat belly paid for by those euros that originally belonged into Greece's tax bucket?

That's a good example, I had forgotten about him. He is a rare bird indeed. Paul, it seems, may disprove the common political wisdom that one should adapt one's message to the audience. Paul consistently delivers the same message regardless of his audience. In particular I am surprised at the support he has among those in the armed forces, considering he is an advocate for reducing military spending and closing foreign bases. That's pretty good evidence that if you can articulate the issues in a way people can understand, a way that makes sense to them, they will respect you. You don't necessarily have to pander to your audience. He is quite an interesting politician!
That makes so much good sense to me. On that issue at least I strongly agree with Ron Paul. Our approach to drugs in the U.S. makes no sense whatsoever, but i'm not convinced our irrational policies have anything to do with political correctness. I think our bone-headed drug policies have far more to do with all those who have a vested interest in keeping things as they are-- prison corporations, DEA employees, those working in the criminal justice system, etc. If suddenly 70-90% of the things that get people arrested are no longer crimes, there's going to be a lot more people looking for work.
