Here is my 2 cents.... Buy yourself a EMS unit if you have joint pains...It'll reduce the swelling, work out the little supporting muscles and ease the pain. Of course ask your MD first and maybe a sports medicine specialist. I use one on my knee's and now my shoulder. It's been VERY beneficial.

I like digital media. But, I love how fast I can scan the WSJ in print. I have a online subscription and use it little in comparison.

The new WSJ came out today. I think it feels cheap IMO. It's so thin that it's difficult to even put 2 articles side by side. I guess they are just trying to survive in this digital age.
