Making a Line alarm on Esignal?

On Tradestation, you have the ability to draw a line, then alarm it.

Then when the price hits it, it will make a audible alarm sound.

I have been using Esignal for awhile and they still don't have that feature. The tech support said that someone might have created such a feature (third party).

Does anyone have a file? Or know where I could get one?
