I am trading on Fidelity Active Trader Pro . I have at 9.30 am and 4pm stalled soft for about 5 minutes and nothing I can do. Help

Hey I'm also an options trader. Looking for like minded traders. I lean toward delta neutral, positive theta options strategies. I am trying to dial in my overall trading strategy and I'm pretty close to getting it where I want. I am a member of Trading Dominion (was a member of Steady Options).
