Hello Robert, In Europe, there are plenty of CFD's broker. As you did intervene relatively to the Market Makers and the orders execution, I wanted to ask you why CFD's have been banished in USA ? Is it because of the lobbys of Futures industry ? Is it really to protect retail investors from price manipulation when everyone know that the US Equities asset are totally manipulated ?

Options guys: what is the market telling you if you receive more $ for selling an ITM put than selling the same amount ITM call? Thanks.
