You need to find a lender that will keep the loan in house. That's going to be tough. Another option is a hard money lender. Google "hard money lenders". I've talked to these guys (see link) and they seem legit and rates are reasonable. Do your own DD.

Hey im an american . wanted to to open with trade zero. Their zero commissions fees were a lure for me. However hows the platform? Heard it was quite crap and the zero commissions although appealing never works out due to the inefficiency of their platform. Ii like to trade in sizes of 1000 to 5000 shares; maybe even 7 to 10k but rarely.

Exited MX for a 37% gain. May get back in if it breaks resistance. Stock seems like good value.
