Hi Rob. I opened an account with Lightspeed, but then I went to IB because I can use Das Trader platform with them. I'm used to it, it's fast, etc. What about the platform you guys have? I didn't think it had the macro use that's easy to configure. Also, my fees with IB are like, $10 per 2k share, which hurts me a lot with small cap stocks. What do you recommend?

Hi Ted,

Our software does not have macros as I understand them. They are configurable with hotkeys and hot buttons but each his different. We offer Lightspeed Trader, Sterling Trader Pro, Realtick, Silexx, and LVX. Most have APIs. For those that want to create their own trading software, that is what the API is for. I have never used DAS. If you will only use that, not sure how to help you.

As for commissions, our per share rates are similar to IB but I do not make you hit the hurdles each month. We also offer a pre-trade rate at $4.50/trade, max order size of 10,000 shares for $4.50. We do give volume discounts.

If you buy 2000 shares for $4.50 and add on ARCA, your net cost without reg fees would be $0.50. If you take liquidity on our LSPT SMART route, at $0.0015/share, your total cost would be $7.50 before reg fees.

thanks will do. But main goal is transitioning into longer term plays like riding some minor intra day trends. So far scalping i am good daily for 2-3 points a trade. take about 10-20 trades all day long. win to loss percentage is very high. above 75% win rate.
