Only if he's lucky... Much higher standard of living in most of the southern cities than in the West coast and NE....

For example Atlanta is greener, cleaner, and cheaper than anywhere in California or the Eastern seaboard. You can get a mansion in Atlanta for what you'd pay for a dumpy shack of a house in the NE or in Cali. Same with Nashville, Charlotte, etc. Lower income and property taxes in most cases too... The main problem now is with with unskilled and lower end southerners who have been getting hurt by droves of 3rd world illegals pushing their wages down...
