The world is not real.
It's a hallucination in what would otherwise be a sane mind. It is not a hallucination in individual minds. It is one mind hallucinating. In this mind, thoughts transform into images, giving rise to all so-called physicality. The images do battle, and will continue to do battle, because the mind is in conflict with itself. They will continue to do battle until each soldier addresses the issues that make the battlefield seem real. All of the images are infected with the mental illness of the mind that makes them up. So the cause is the same for all, as well as the solution.
Generally, the images are doing battle to defend the reality of the hallucination. If weapons were dropped, the hallucination would fade away. Regardless of sickness, there are no victims in all of the madness. It is impossible within the one mind for there to be a victim as a matter-of-fact. Healing calls to each self-image to reassess the situation, and make a decision as if it were the sovereign mind itself. As each identifies with the sick mind, each may choose to heal his part in it. Completely healed, the mind lets go of all its illusions, fantasies, insane ideas, and mad wishes to be sick. Sickness is a defense against the truth. Death is just another form of sickness, and there are many forms of death. Mortality is a defense against the truth.
All sickness is of the mind. What is called 'psychosomatic' is still psychological. The body is a mind construct...an image that comes and goes.
