LOL, she is not a peace keeper, she is a pro-palestinian activist, she was not shot in the head, she was shot with a rubber bullet. Of course there is no context of the incident either, most likely it was an illegal demonstration in a military zone and/or they disobeyed military/police orders. If that's the case, that's exactly what the police/military all over the world do under the circumstances. The use of rubber bullets is not banned by international law.Quote from ratboy88:

PS I have no doubt that there were cases when innocent protesters got accidentally shot though, They are in a war zone, shit happens.
