I agree with you. Nobody has a case against him. They'll keep a low profile investigation going on until everybody finds something elese to occupy their little liberal minds the end the investigations.Quote from 377OHMS:
I don't think he will. Presumably the SFD has their report regarding the medical treatment he received at the scene so that should document his injuries if any.
There is the eyewitnesses. Their statements seem to align with Zimmerman's statement.
There is the audio of Zimmerman (positive ID is necessary) screaming for help.
There is the police report documenting the grass on Zimmerman's back and the blood from his alleged injuries.
The "stand-your-ground" self-defense law in Florida is really the source of the problem. In most states this would have been 2cnd degree murder or manslaughter.
The lynch mob behavior exhibited by various House and Senate members, the media, the Black Panthers and many celebrities may work in Zimmerman's favor.
No, I don't think he will be charged *if* the DOJ is objective and that is a big if. We've seen Holder's DOJ exhibit grotesque racism repeatedly so we could see it here too.
An arrest and trial that they know they will lose under the law is the last thing the democrats with any brains want to push into the election season.
