Zimmerman Trial Starts Monday

LOL, these prosecutors just obliterated their entire story, the whole time they have been trying to paint a picture where zimmerman was on top of trayvon, based on testimony of people who only heard the commotion but didnt see anything.

Now they call the first person to the stand who actually saw the incident, and he saw zimmerman on the bottom yelling for help.

Imo, the whole case rests on who initiated force first. If there was even one eyewitness that saw Zimmerman approach, and initiate force, it would be all over the news, months ago. I haven't read or heard one report that would indicate that.

The prosecutors main argument seems to be zimmerman "racially profiled". Who gives a shit!??! What relevance does that have to a 2nd degree murder charge?! It's all bs.

So far there is no hard evidence of who initiated the confrontation, but zimmerman definitely was on the bad end of it when he shot the kid.

The whole trial IS bullshit, its based on trumped up charges courtesy of that moron sharpton, and his race hustling buddies, all for the reelection of floridas attorney general. The prosecution is trying to paint a ridiculous story whereby zimerman was on top of trayvon then shot him while he was beating him up but somehow zimmerman got his nose broken and the back of his head all cut up, and trayvons face remained unscathed.

They haven't proved anything. I don't think anyone saw the start of it. Just Zimmerman and his statements.

You would think these were defense witnesses, not the prosecution's. The defense hasn't even started yet. They'll show Zimmerman's head beat up nose broken from blows and hitting the sidewalk on the back of the head, the back of his shirt wet from the grass, more witnesses who saw Trayvon on top, And, the lack of bruises on Trayvon except for his fists which were bruised and bloodied from beating Zimmerman.

The most they could ever find is that Zimmerman is guilty of manslaughter if the jury concludes he wasn't in fear of his life.

But, given the stand your ground law and the lack of evidence to contradict Zimmerman's story, I don't even see how they could come to that conclusion.

Another neighbor just said when he ran to the scene, Zimmerman told him, "This guy was beating me up and I defended myself and shot him".

Lucrum knows I was talking about two different instances. Subs and contractors are two different things, but lucrum is an ignorant fuck or maybe he can't process more than one thought when reading a post. He likes to call me dumb but oddly wouldn't want to take my money in an iq contest between us, very odd indeed. If the hurricanes corporate this fall I'll be traveling to the east coast and it wouldn't be much of a bother on my way back to meet at a university and take a test, plus it'd be an easy way to make a few grand on the trip.
