Quote from Lucrum:

It's be nice, too bad it's illegal.

When the police are not there to protect law abiding citizens but facilitate scapegoating of the same, the rules of the game change and it's no longer prudent to be lawful.

Citizens of every oppressive govt have faced that dilemma and we are traveling rather unimpeded down that road ourselves.

TL I thought I'd throw this out there for ya. (Martin could have been thinking about breaking the law)
------------------------------------------------------

"On New Year’s Eve, while nobody was looking, the president signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act, which for the first time in American history, makes legal the practice of apprehending and detaining, without writ or warrant, any American citizen, indefinitely, without trial.

It is based on a relatively new concept in law that all that is needed is the mere suspicion that an individual is thinking about breaking the law in order to arrest and detain them.

I recently heard a government official defend it by asking the rhetorical question, “Well, if we think a crime is about to be committed, you would want us to prevent it?”

Never mind the Constitution, the presumption of innocence, or the right to due process."

Zimmerman must have got the memo...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nutmeg, is "detaining" same as KILL? Is the military suspician from information they have different than the George Zimmerman information? George Zimmerman have NO INFORMATION about Tryavon. George Zimmerman is not trained military person or police person. He is only stranger to Trayvon. And George Zimmerman is not trying to "detain" and wait for police. He try to be hero. Where is Trayvon right to defend from this stranger?

And now we play some more games. So much for blind justice. We must appease the unwashed masses.

Good to know George got some money. I only kicked him $20 to his website, but I'm glad to know there were at least 10,000 other people like me. I think its ridiculous that they want to raise or revoke the bond just because he has more money than they originally thought. Zimmerman deserves millions for having to put up with this. When this trial is over, I hope he gets a book deal and can use the money to get out of the US because it doesnt matter if he is found innocent because black people have already found him guilty.

Zimmerman is alive. His mother, father, family can see and talk with him. Trayvon is dead. Trayon's family can never see or talk to him. But George Zimmerman family want to cry victim.

Is not really latino vs white vs black. You know peil, if the neighborhood watch man is white latino y KILL white teenager walking home, you will not defend. You defend this now because is black person. You defend George Zimmerman ONLY because is black person he kill. But you will not defend George Zimmerma if he KILL white American 17 year old boy who have NO CRIME and only walk home.

You think latino people do not see you defend George Zimmerman because your hate to black Americans? But if the white latino hurt or kill white American, you will turn your back to them in one second. People are not stupid.

Let me predict the future in the Zimmerman case...

TL, the people you're arguing with will say anything to "win" an argument, no matter how specious. They are the Donald Trump of politics; a witch's brew of eye of Newt and horn of Rove.

Sounds like Georgie don't like Mexicans either...

Old George Zimmerman MySpace page surfaces
http://news.yahoo.com/old-george-zimmerman-myspace-page-surfaces-171820649.html

MIAMI (AP) — On an old, long-unused MySpace page, Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman made some disparaging comments about Mexicans and also referred triumphantly to his escape from 2005 legal troubles stemming from his confrontation with law enforcement officers.
...
A statement posted on a Zimmerman defense site run by O'Mara concedes that the comments "will cast Mr. Zimmerman in a less-than-favorable light" and that they could become evidence in the case. The statement says there will be no comment on the MySpace statements for that reason, but it does confirm that the posts were by Zimmerman.

This doesn't sound that bad, talking about where he used to live

"I don't miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street, soft (expletive) wanna be thugs messin with peoples cars when they aint around (what are you provin, that you can dent a car when no ones watchin) don't make you a man in my book," Zimmerman writes on the page.
"Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!"

but it does suggest he may have some reason to have built-up anger

and then there's this...

Two August 2005 blog posts on the site make reference to Zimmerman's legal problems. In one, Zimmerman exults about how two felony charges stemming from a physical altercation outside a bar with a law enforcement officer were dropped to a misdemeanor.
"The man knows he was wrong," reads part of the post. Ultimately, the misdemeanor charge was also dropped when Zimmerman completed a pretrial diversion program that included an anger management course.
The second post mentions a legal battle with an "ex-hoe," likely a reference to a 2005 incident in which a girlfriend accused Zimmerman of attacking her. He was not charged in that case, and on the blog post Zimmerman writes that the woman "tried her hardest, but the judge saw through it!"

and then there was the issue of when he was fired as a bouncer for being too aggressive.

The whole thing paints a picture of an angry, aggressive dude looking for trouble. And he found it.
