Doesn't mean that at all.He could have bought the Jewelry knowing it was probably hot but bought it anyway because he got a good deal on it,people do it all the time.No need to be a cross dresser to buy or have female jewelry in your possession,he had a girlfriend he could have been planning to give it to.

Second, the person whose house got broken into didnt know who did it. They just know that their stuff is missing. The jewerly Martin had on him, belonged to someone, and it was not him.
