Zimmerman DIDNT follow Trayvon. He DID follow the dispatchers advice!

Jesus Christ, how many times must I repeat myself. Mr. Zimmerman has been officially charged with murder in the 2nd degree by the STATE. We DO NOT know what discoveries were made by the STATE that led to this conviction so trialing based on public knowledge is useless.

I don't believe my comment was directed to you. trendlover was 'trialing' Zimmerman based upon public knowledge and I asked him several questions based upon his trial.

As for you... Please read up on the Duke lacrosse hype/arrests/trial to learn how fanning the flames of racism can ruin innocent lives, and make fools out of the supporters of the 'victim'.

I don't have the evidence to know whether the Zimmerman dude is innocent or guilty. Certainly, his guilt is possible. However, I think a reasonable person at this point, would conclude that it's 90+% likely that Zimmerman's story is accurate and that he did nothing wrong. Seems likely to me that Zimmerman was courageous by what he did (looking out for the safety of his community), was attacked by a punk, and defended himself. If true (which is likely) he deserves our praise. We need more Zimmermans in this world, IMO.

(another fact that's been glossed over by the media is that Treyvon was NOT an innocent little 13 year old kid with a lollipop who never got into any trouble. He was a 6 foot 3 inch, 17 year old punk who was already "serving time" for "crimes committed" at school.)

P.S. This ends my comments and visitation of the P&R forum.

Just curious. If Zimmerman was "STALKING Trayvon like a wild animal" => Then why did he call 911 to report a suspicious person? Does that sounds like a 'stalker' with an intent to kill an innocent victim? If he was stalking, with malice intent, why did he run to see where Trayvon went, with the 911 dispatcher on the line?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No, I am not saying "with an intent to kill an innocent victim." I am saying he is stalking Trayvon because George Zimmerman think in his mind Trayvon is criminal. Trayvon's girlfriend is talking to Trayvon on the phone and he tell her someone is following him.

No. I respond to pspr link and question the link. If pspr and many other posters talking about this, why do you say I "trialing" Zimmerman? And I am (her), not "him"

Excellent post. Don't abandon P&R just because of a few obstinate fools like 2inchpoker. Your logical comments are appreciated.

Then Shut The Fuck Up.

P.S. Wow, just finished reading your parroting of Hannity's ramblings... Wow, seems like you don't need any evidence because you have everything you need. Please, step in the line dedicated to hypocrites like pspr, Lucrum, nutmeg... and the gang.

P.S.S. One thing I learned over my time in P&R, it is time to take down Fox News.

I hope you will reconsider that. You have made a lot of astute posts, and it would be a shame to see you leave because of the leftwing trolls here. Put them on ignore.

This is also relevant to be posted here.

Judge Mark Herr said he found probable cause to move ahead with the case and set formal arraignment for May 29 when Zimmerman will enter a plea. He does not have to appear in court for that hearing.

The affidavit of probable cause prepared by prosecutors shed some light on why they chose to charge Zimmerman. The Orlando Sentinel said it had obtained a copy before it was expected to be filed with the courthouse.

The newspaper says that Martin's mother identified screams heard in the background of a 911 call as her son's. There had been some question as to whether Martin or Zimmerman was the one calling for help.

Prosecutors also interviewed a friend of Martin's who was talking to him just before the shooting. The affidavit says Martin told the witness he was being followed and was scared.

Martin tried to run home, the affidavit says, but was followed by Zimmerman: "Zimmerman got out of his vehicle and followed Martin."

The affidavit says that "Zimmerman disregarded the police dispatcher" who told him to stop, and "continued to follow Martin who was trying to return to his home."
