Did you hear her first few sentences at the podium of the news conference? It was all bias and identifying with the martin family and placating them.
Because she thinks the prosecution has enough evidence beyond reasonable doubt that the Martins' son's life was taken unnecessarily. She is pursuing the case because she believes the defendant is guilty, which, by extension, makes the Martins and their son victims. How would you expect her to conduct herself if she believed the defendant was guilty? Because if she didn't believe that was the case, then there would be no prosecution. See how that works? If you're suddenly going to get all PC all about it, then at least get the context right.
It can be argued otherwise. The State charged him with murder and the State believes he is guilty. So why wouldn't the State offer condolences to the family of a victim, whom they believe was wrongfully killed on account of the charges they filed, because it was not previously investigated to the extent which would probably have them offer the same charges sooner?
Zimmerman had every right to call police on a black suspect, because there have been previous intruders by that race. Likewise, I have every right to pinpoint Zimmerman to be guilty... as the State is fairly accurate in incarcerating who they perceive to be guilty in the court of law.
I am with the State on this one. Zimmerman is guilty... guilty... guilty... until his lawyers can prove otherwise. Thanks.

We have had weeks of violence and intimidation, including blockading the police station. Now they get rewarded, which sends a powerful and unforgettable message to us all.
