Zero commissions- how has your trading changed?

Here, at TradeZero, America, we allow you to both buy and sell free of any commissions. Just take a look at www.tradezero.us
Sorry buddy, but I'm very happy with IB. My comment was about the "trend" set up to put as many people in the market as possible. You guys may be a very good brokerage firm but I would not trade IB for anybody else at the moment.

That is fine. I'm just putting the information out to the market that we provide free commissions for both long and short. Best of all, we allow our traders to return their "short locates"into inventory in order to help reduce their overall fees.
Did a quick research about you guys. BAHAMAS !!!! Thanks but no thanks. I love Bahamas for vacations but not to send my money LOL !!!!!

The big boys are egging the herd to buy stocks. Take Robinhood for example. You can only buy not short on the free commission scheme. So the big boys are already setting up their exit strategy. If you are long and want to take your profits you need somebody to buy, right. On the next crash the suckers will find themselves with very overpriced stocks. But hey, look at the bright side of it, they bought it for free !!!!!

It has never been a better time to trade options.

This was one of the greatest psychological plays I've seen a long time. Nothing gets the poor guy spending $400 on lottery tickets to gamble from his phone like thinking he's getting something for free.

Given all the higher quality of services offered at major brokers who are now charging no commissions (charting, research, lower margin, shorting, etc.), I can't see why anyone would use Robinhood and their stripped down platform.

Again, thank you EU bureaucrats from shielding your citizens from the evil PFOF and hence effectively blocking zero commission trading and competition among brokers.

I have learned that apparently MiFID ii also applies to Monaco. What a shame.

Hopefully, when Brexit is over and done with, Schwab will offer zero commission in the EU without PFOF also to new clients because the Schwab business model is less dependent on commission than other brokers.

Existing Schwab clients in Europe enjoy zero commission combined with - I assume - no PFOF:

"Nearly all of the brokers the FCA has visited have now stopped charging PFOF..."

That is socialism for you. Competition is a dirty word,
