The way I meditate is that I focus on my breathing. That is itself is a monster challenge. In a 10min span I can achieve concentration for a max of maybe 1 min and that's stretching it.
But it really helps. For me it keeps me calm and collected. While trading I'd get really frustrated or flustered. Ever since I started meditating its helped, a lot.
Now I just wish I could do it more often.
