Zen Fire lags CQG.avi -AUGUST 9, 2011 -25 SECONDS LAG!!!

nothing is for free.
using Ninja for execution, you always pay between 0.15 and 0.30 per side to Trading Technologies (patent). or you pay it or your broker pays it (priced in the comms).
then you have to pay CQG also, if you pay it, it is about 0.25 (if i remember correctly) per side, capped at 395 USD. If it pays your broker, the its priced in the comms.

So it comes that AMP cant offer realy good commissions.

Nothing is for free in live :-)

I don't mind a few extra cents in commissions per contract for improved executions and lower lag, and free charting at zero fixed costs per month. But I'd like to know all the costs upfront.

The integration of CQG into NinjaTrader does not require any added transaction or monthly minimum CQG fees.

If you elect to use the StaticDom, the cost is $.10 per contract traded. This is the direct cost of the TT patent.

Using NinjaTrader with CQG...there are 2 versions of Ninja 1) Free 2) $50 per month

Here is the link to compare both versions: http://www.ampclearing.com/ninjatrader_cqg.php

The free one will be supplied once your account is initially funded.

AMP is the largest and cheapest NinjaTrader brokerage.

are you saying that you dont pay CQG a fee for order routing/feed?
but If it is so, you put it into your commissions.

that is what i am saying.

you ask 1-2500 RTs 3.95USD
2.32 are exchage fees, the rest = 1,63 (per side = 0,815)
then you have to pay TT license fee 0.10per side, the rest =
1,43 (per side = 0,715)

and now you have to pay something to CQG for routing

the rest is your :-)

please correct me if i am wrong

_____________

when you trade for example thrue Advantage futures
-you get the commission schedule
-you get the cost for platform and routing
so that it is clear who asks how much from me :-)

if it is lagging but catching up why dont you take advantage and get the better price, you have a time machine

Interesting question. Are the traders with the lagging feed getting their fills voided since it was lagging the actual exchange tape, that is if they get filled at all?
