I am not sure where to put this but does anyone know how they would raise vc money for low income healthcare clinics that would charge a fixed fee per month or year then have free or very cheap office visits:
It won't work. I am in Houston there are hundreds of clinics where you can walk in pay $20 and they will give you a mediocre treatment in Spanglish and give you a prescription.
1 block away, Walgreens is doing the same thing for $60
Quality is same but walgreens girl speaks English perfectly that is the only difference.
