Zacks trading method

Has anyone out there used the Zachs trading method. I am currently wading through a lot of information on them and I thought someone out there might have some insight into them.
 
What's the 'Zacks Trading Method? I'm familiar with Zacks Rank and Zacks Indicator. They are very good and predicting stocks on the upside for the next 3 months or so...even better for the immidiate 3 days on changes. Not so good at calling shorts, however.
