YouTube Traders...

You've all seen them-- traders with monetized YouTube channels who are making phenomenal profits, and have a huge following.

I am still fairly new as a retail trader. Having said that, my point is: I don't want to monitor the trader who has a YouTuber channel. I want to shoulder surf the trader who doesn't have a YouTube channel. It's my hunch that the trader who doesn't have a YouTube channel is probably a lot more successful than the trader with a YouTube channel.

But here's the kicker, the trader without a YouTube channel is so busy trading that he/she doesn't want to be bothered with new traders.

Even the greatest ones, likes giving free tips.

While small retailers who does that :

zero risk involved (except for refunds) ;
maybe the person likes teaching/communication/extrovert ;
and makes a profit out of it.


If an A.I would be given a choice, to do two kinda different activities (trading/vs trading & teaching), my bet - it would go for option #2 of trading & teaching.

The best aspect of it - you simply generate capital much faster. And it takes only your time as the resource in exchange.

For me personally, would i want to share, everything that i learned in 3 years, for exchange of $50 or $100 bucks - naaah. Maybe 10 grand or so.

So if they sell it too cheap, it makes me to question - how legit are those courses.

I like the old saying "Those who can't do, teach". It holds more or less true for the YouTubers trying to peddle their courses and YouTube adsense revenue. I've seen the same concept in several industries, for example affiliate marketers who have a $50-$100 course to teach you how they make millions doing affiliate marketing?

I'm of the mindset that anyone making substantial money at their craft wouldn't think "hmm I'll take a bunch of time away from what makes me millions to make this course that'll get me $50 a pop, only after I market the hell out of it". I just don't buy it, call me skeptical.
