I don’t see the difference really. She looks a little like Elizabeth Taylor there. They did the same thing with one of the Boston bombers. He had a pic that looked like the guy from the Doors or something and they plastered that all over the place. This is probably more of a pop culture thing to get clicks and views than an white vs Arab thing.
